Recently, the drama Youth, jointly produced by Big Hit Entertainment and Chorokbaem Media, was reported to have confirmed its release on Netflix. However, its promotion phrase is sparking controversy among ARMY. The project was known to be based on the concept of ŌĆ£Inspired by BU (BTS Universe),ŌĆØ which means that the story will be functional, completely different from the actual story. However, the recent promotion phrase reads, ŌĆ£A drama that depicts BTSŌĆÖs childhood,ŌĆØ surprising the ARMY. Since the charactersŌĆÖ descriptions that were released earlier included shocking sentences like ŌĆ£people think he killed his mother by setting the house on fire,ŌĆØ ŌĆ£a painful memory of being abandoned in an amusement park as a child,ŌĆØ ŌĆ£his familyŌĆÖs overprotection and his childhood filled with lies have deeply traumatized him,ŌĆØ or ŌĆ£life or death has no particular meaning,ŌĆØ ARMY is showing concerns that the drama will have negative effects on BTS.
